Never miss a policy lead.
An inbound AI assistant that answers prospect calls when you can't, takes the intake you'd take, and books the appointment onto your calendar — with the details already in your CRM before you pick up the phone.

"Thanks for calling [your agency]. This is Avery, an automated assistant — I'm an AI, not a person, and this call is recorded. Is that okay with you?… Great. Can I get your first name?"
Motivated prospects don't wait.
A prospect who reaches voicemail at seven in the evening — while you're with a client, finishing paperwork, or with your family — usually rings the next name on the list, takes the first conversation that feels competent, and rarely rings back. The policy isn't lost to a better rate. It's lost to a greeting.
The controls are the product.
We built this around the controls a compliance officer and a carrier will ask about first — and we describe every one of them here rather than asking you to take our word for it. These are engineering controls, not legal advice; your own licensing obligations and your carrier's rules still apply in full.
Never Quotes a Premium
No rate, no range, no offer, no 'starting point.' An accurate premium depends on underwriting your prospect hasn't completed yet — a real number comes from you, the licensed agent, after that's done.
Simple pricing. No sales call.
Onboarded by a person, not a form. Voice and email go live at publication, texting once carrier registration in your name clears.

What can't be turned off.
It routes sensitive calls
A recent death, an active claim, or a terminal diagnosis mentioned on the call — it takes the caller's name, number and address only and routes the record to the human you've named for a same-business-day callback. You make that call, not the software, and Maverick never takes it for you. It never qualifies or automates those calls, and that gate can't be switched off at any tier.
It says it's an AI
Every call opens with the AI disclosure and a recording notice, and the assistant asks for — and waits for — a yes before anything else is collected. A caller who declines gets a callback request and a polite goodbye, not a recorded call. The consent and its timestamp are stored on every record.
It never quotes a premium
No rate, no range, no offer, no "starting point." An accurate premium depends on underwriting your prospect hasn't completed yet — a real number comes from you, the licensed agent, after that's done.
Your licence identity, everywhere
Your licence number and the state(s) you're authorized in are collected at signup and rendered on every message automatically. Your account stays in preview until you've reviewed and approved the configuration and every consumer-facing template — the kind of review most state insurance departments would expect before an AI tool represents a licensed producer.
Answers. Takes the intake. Books.
01 — Answers when you can't
Nights, weekends, mid-appointment. No hold music, no "someone will call you back."
02 — Takes the intake you'd take
Name, coverage interest, basic health screening questions, timeline, beneficiaries — captured in the prospect's own words.
03 — Books the appointment
Straight onto your calendar, with a confirmation to the prospect and the full intake sitting in your CRM.
The questions worth asking first.
When would my account actually go live?
Is a caller going to think they're talking to a person?
What happens when a caller mentions a death or an active claim?
Will it tell a prospect what their premium will be?
Do I need an insurance licence for this?
